Interactive Constraints Map
The map identifies any planning constraints in terms of key policies and designated sites. Anyone proposing sites will need to refer to the constraints map to answer relevant questions on the Candidate Sites Proposal Form.
Draft Version of the Integrated Sustainability Appraisal Report
This Report sets out the assessment framework for the Local Development Plan as part of the Integrated Sustainability Appraisal (ISA). This Scoping Report is the first step in the ISA process.
The standard form must be used to submit all individual sites. The Authority encourages anyone submitting a site to complete the form online. Potential sites will need to be submitted by 11th May 2026. Sites submitted after 11th May will not be considered. Submitting a potential site does not give any guarantee that the site will be designated in the new Eryri Local Development Plan.

How we will use your information
On 25th May 2018 the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force, placing restrictions on how organisations can hold and use personal data and defining rights with regard to that data. Any personal information disclosed to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement. The Authority’s Privacy Notice can be found at https://eryri.gov.wales/privacy-statement/
All Candidate Sites will be available for public inspection in the form of a Candidate Site register and cannot therefore be treated as confidential. Details of Candidate Sites will also be circulated to internal and external stakeholders to allow them to be assessed as part of the Eryri LDP process. No personal information will be included as part of this.
Contact details of all site proposers and their agents (where applicable) will be added to the Eryri LDP database. The Authority will correspond with all stakeholders via email unless otherwise specified.
All forms and documents are available in both Welsh and English. The language choice submitted will be treated as the preferred language of communication.
